What the circles decided
A circle deliberates among its members, then decides. The deliberation stays internal and the decision comes out: here is every ballot whose boxes have closed, with its counts as they are. Not one voter name appears — not here, not on the circle page, and not to its moderator.
Every ballot whose boxes have closed, in a circle you can open, ordered by most recently closed — no curation and no weighting. Counts as they are, with no manufactured ratios, no voter names, and no tally attributed to anyone. And no filtering by region: circle decisions are read one by one, not as a set for comparing one region against another.
